Work will only commence upon receipt of a signed contract, deposit payment (if applicable), and all necessary permits or approvals.

Timeline:

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith but are subject to:

Availability of materials and labour

Weather conditions (for outdoor installations)

Unforeseen site conditions

Delays in obtaining permits or third-party approvals

Client-requested changes or delays

We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delays beyond 7 days.

Site Access & Cooperation:

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the project site and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements. We reserve the right to suspend work if site conditions are unsafe.

Workmanship Warranty:

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional manner in compliance with Singapore Building Code and relevant standards. Details of warranty coverage will be specified in your project contract.

4. Payments & Invoicing

Payment Terms:

Standard payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Late Payment:

Overdue payments may incur a late payment interest charge as permitted by Singapore law.

Suspension of Work:

We reserve the right to suspend work if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Any disputes arising from our services will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 14 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

Termination of a project after commencement may result in charges for work completed and materials procured.
